Consultation
Our initial consultations will happen via phone or email. Questions vary depending on the service you’re inquiring about, but we will always need you to be ready with the following:
- Full legal name
- Address
- Contact information for home and work
- Names of your service providers
(realtors, bankers, insurance agents, accountants, etc.)
Initial Contact
Here’s what you’ll leave with after our initial contact:
- Contact details for the persons working on your file
- A general timeline of when we need more information
- A quote for our services
- Initial notes from the project
The Details
Once you decide to work with us, we’ll send you detailed emails with all of the information we require. There’s no such thing as too much information. What seems like a small detail to you may be a big detail to us.
